  I asked someone if they had an item, he went in the back to look when he came back out he said yes we have it but I am not going to get it out. What when I worked in grocery stores this was never optional if a customer wanted something that was in store they got it. Also they need to open more check out lines I feel like I stand in line to checkout longer then it takes me to shop.

  They need help in the deli. I watched a lady stand there waiting to be waited on and the employee knew she was there but walked away. I decided not to buy anything because I didn't want to wait until the employee decided to come back. Cub has always needed 2 employees in customer service. People lining up getting mad because it takes to long for the line to move. Again I left and went to WalMart.
